Hooves ‘n’ All Pet Sitters is owned and operated by the Kleiman family of Highvale.
Hooves ‘n’ All does not hire employees or substitutes, and you will personally meet Sabrina and Charles, your pet sitters, prior to your service.
We are currently establishing a small hobby farm on a parcel of land in the Samford region – the home base of our professional mobile pet sitting and animal care service, Hooves ‘n’ All. At the moment, our busy menagerie includes 18 chickens, 2 horses, 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Having lived overseas in Vanuatu for the past 18 years, where there has always been a huge need for house and pet sitters, we decided to put our knowledge, dedication and love of farm and domestic animals to good use. We moved back to Australia in January 2007, bringing along with us our willingness to care for all types of animals in the Samford region.
If you’re planning a late night out, we can feed, rug, bring animals in, clean out stables, barns and paddocks.
The aim of our service is to offer an extremely personalised level of care to make your time away as hassle-free as possible. Basically, where lack of time is the problem, we will assist in any way we can.
We cater for a wide range of customer needs, including people who travel at short notice due to work commitments, those who are away on holidays or for the weekend, and those who simply need an extra helping hand with their animals.
Meet Sabrina
My passion for horses began when I was five years old. At the age of eight I was tutored by Belgian dressage and showjumping instructors until I started working as an apprentice at a horse-riding facility in Victoria. There, I trained with a ferrier and manager where I gained the knowledge and skills required in handling and training horses.
Over the years, I have owned anywhere between 1 to 17 horses, have bred cattle dogs, and have managed small hobby farms. My studies in biomedical science and horse management have broadened my knowledge of animals and handling skills.
I have found that my natural affinity for animals has allowed me to help caring pet owners in need of a helping hand and to give neglected animals some much needed care and at times retraining. I always strive to keep my knowledge and skills up to date by furthering my studies at all times.
Meet Charles
Until recently, I had been working in the finance industry for over 20 years. After being in a high pressure position for that length of time, I decided that I would put my love of dogs and other domestic animals to good use, by sharing my knowledge with other dog enthusiasts.
My exposure with dogs over the years has led me to be involved with dog training to provide more specialized care for older dogs with terminal conditions. More recently, I have been studying canine therapeutic massage, which has enabled me to expand my knowledge and hands on skills with dogs.
